“Our goal at the Sycamore Education Foundation is to support innovative educational opportunities not available through regular funding for Sycamore Community School District 427.” said Rachel Sauber, SEF Executive Director.  “Our grants program is supported through fundraising and the generous support of community partners. We are so excited for the community to come out and help us to continue to provide grants to teachers in our district.”

Tickets are now available for purchase.  $35 per person includes team fees, appetizer bar, one drink ticket and your generous support of the students and educators of the Sycamore Community School District 427.  For more information on the event, please visit and to register visit

“Sycamore Has Been Good To Me”

Sycamore students, parents, and alumni! A sycamore parent and SEF have teamed up to raise funds for a Sycamore Activity Tunnel by selling “Sycamore Has Been Good to Me” T-shirts and Sweatshirts. The tunnel will be used for athletics and at special events conducted by the district and community. A 2017 Sycamore graduate, Victoria Ruud, who attended Kishwaukee College studying graphic design, designed the graphics. Once the money for the tunnel has been raised, additional funding will go to SEF to help provide grant money for the teachers and students in the district.
