The Sycamore Education Foundation (SEF) is seeking nominations for the 2020 Distinguished Alumni Awards. The purpose of the award is to recognize outstanding alumni of Sycamore High School who have maintained a high standard of excellence and made a significant contribution in their fields of endeavor. This award is a tribute to graduates who have shown exceptional personal, community, and/or professional achievements.
“This award identifies alumni who are making significant contributions to their communities,” said SEF Executive Director, Lauren Holtz. “We encourage co-workers, family members, friends, and teachers to consider taking a few minutes to nominate a former Sycamore student who deserves to be honored.”
From the nominees submitted, three individuals will be selected as honorees for 2020. The awards ceremony will take place in September prior to the Sycamore Education Foundation’s annual fundraiser, Take Root. Nominations are due by February 15, 2020.
